Null sec corps seems to be more interesseted in renting space these days. So if there is a bigger supply in minerals i would guess it comes out of renter space. But only the barge gankers may know exactly if there is an increased number of roid afk miners in high sec.
To post something productive: No mineral changes have been announced as far as I know but I cannot be arsed to check on the test server. |
